摘要
为了提升和优化掘进机截割性能及参数,根据晋华宫矿实际掘进工况和EBZ-260型掘进机的结构特征,对其截割机构进行了模拟工况有限元分析。应用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对该机型截割机构进行静力学分析,结果表明了截割头、升降油缸支耳处和回转台铰接孔处等主要部位应力应变特征。所得结论可为晋华宫矿在实际生产过程中截割方式、日常维护及产能优化提供参考依据。
In order to improve and optimize the machine cutting performance and parameters, according to the actual jinhuagong coal mine tunneling working condition and structure features of EBZ - 260 type machine, working condition of the cutting mechanism is simulated by finite element analysis.Finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench statics analysis of the plane cutting mechanism, the result shows that the cutting head, lifting oil cylinder ear and rotary table pin holes in the main parts such as stress and strain characteristics.The conclusions can provide the practical production in Jinhuagong coal mine in the process of cutting way, provides some references for the daily maintenance and capacity optimization.
