This paper analyzes the present situation of the application of coke oven gas to methanol device, the existing problems and improving the device process technology were introduced, coke oven gas to methanol plant nitrogen existed in the original catalyst pipeline flow insufficiency, the fine desulfurization process system and compressed syngas cooler congestion problems, and the coke oven gas to methanol device problem solving measures are put forward.Through analyzing the operation of the coke oven gas to methanol device, in order to improve the overall quality of the coke oven gas to methanol device, save the resource.
