摘要
国有企业总部机关绩效管理历来是企业管理领域的难题。企业总部机关相对远离生产一线和利润中心、工作绩效难以量化等固有的工作特点,一定程度上制约了企业总部机关绩效管理的落地,但更主要的是企业自身的内部管理问题,如管控模式、职责划分、绩效管理过程中的沟通等。
The employees' performance management in State-Owned enterprise headquarters was always a difficult problem in the field of enterprise management. The headquarters of the state-owned enterprises have their inherent characteristics, such as the relative far distance away from the production site and profit generation center, employee work performance was difficult to quantify which restricted the performance management work was hard to realized; but more important issue was the enterprises' internal management problems, such as management and control mode, the responsibilitiesdivision, and the communication during the process of performance management, etc.
