摘要 随着高职学生创业热情的不断高涨和创业实践的不断增多,高职学生在创业中所面临的问题也越来越多,首要的也是基本的一个问题就是高职学生创业方向的选择.首先分析高职学生的创业现状,然后根据麦肯锡七步分析法,包括确定新创公司(或项目)的市场、影响市场的因素分析、找出市场的需求点、作市场供应分析、找出新创空间机遇、创业模式的细分、风险投资决策七个方面,对高职学生创业方向的选择进行研究与分析. Now higher vocational college students are facing more and more problems in entrepreneurial practice, with the higher enthusiasm of the students in higher vocational colleges. And the first and the most important issue is the students' entrepreneurial orientation selection. Herein this article, the current situation of the entrepreneurial orientation was analyzed. Then, on the basis of Mckinsey theory, we study the entrepreneurial orientation of higher vocational college students. We mainly undertake the research on setting up new companies or projects in market, analyzing factors influencing markets, seeking for market needs, analyzing market supply and demand, seeking for new opportunities in entrepreneurial orientation, with detailed explanations on entrepreneurial mode and capital investment ventures.
