摘要
优化瑜伽选项课促进学生身心健康的途径、方法,旨在改善其身心健康,提高教学质量,培养适应市场需求的、全面发展的建设者和接班人.采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、测量法、实验研究法、数理统计等方法研究瑜伽选项课对学生身心健康的促进.瑜伽教学重视学生的主体地位,教师运用激发兴趣、因材施教、关注个体差异、区别对待等方法,对促进学生身体形态、身体机能、身体素质,改善心理症状等方面有显著成效.就实验研究中产生的问题提出若干建议.
Optimizing the ways and approaches of Yoga as an elective course which could benefit students both physically and mentally is to promote their physical and mental health, improve the teaching quality and train qualified and well--round builders and successors who are able to adapt to market demands. By means of documentary, questionnaire, measurement, experimental study and mathematical statistics etc, the paper studies how Yoga as an elective course promotes students- physical and mental health. Yoga teaching attaches great importance to the dominant position of students. Remarkable results have been achieved by means of stimulating their interests, teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes, focusing on the individual difference and treating students differently etc to promote students' physical shape, function, fitness, and improve psychological symptoms, etc... Some suggestions on the problems in the experimental study are put forward in the paper.
