Toll样受体4/核因子-кB信号通路在人颅内动脉瘤形成和破裂过程中的激活 被引量:5

摘要 颅内动脉瘤病理过程与免疫炎症反应密不可分,但炎症反应的起源或机制仍不太清楚。核转录因子κB(NF-κB)是炎症细胞因子[如白细胞介素(IL)-1β、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、IL-6和IL-8]、趋化因子[单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)]、黏附分子[细胞间黏附分子(ICAM)-1和血管细胞黏附分子(VCAM)-1]的主要调节子。
