Wnt信号通路中糖原合成激酶3β和β-catenin在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及其意义 被引量:4

摘要 胶质瘤是神经系统常见的恶性肿瘤,单纯手术切除预后较差,目前国内外学者都在寻找能够治疗胶质瘤新的靶向药物及新的肿瘤信号通路的分子抑制剂。近期研究发现Wnt通路中信号成分的改变在胶质瘤的发生过程中起着重要作用。本研究主要检测Wnt信号转导通路中糖原合成激酶2(GSK)3β和β-catenin在胶质瘤中的表达及其作用关系,
