摘要冠状动脉疾病（CAD）严重威胁着人类健康。冠状动脉粥样硬化的严重程度与CAD患者预后密切相关[1]。因此,预测和评估冠状动脉病变程度的CAD对该疾病的临床管理很重要。糖化血红蛋白（Hb A1c）被建议作为糖尿病诊断或筛查的工具,高水平的Hb A1c与心血管疾病风险和病死率的增加相关[2]。Timmer等[3]证明了高Hb A1c水平与非ST段抬高心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者的不良结局,
