摘要
构建模拟病区实验室,建立仿真病区,实施模拟角色教学管理,运用护理管理学知识,采用竞争机制,强化教学管理,加强教学质量控制,激发教与学的互动性,提高学生学习的欲望,达到教学培养目标;采用模拟角色教学机制,控制教与学的效果;采用三级医院管理机制,控制教与学的质量;采用激励机制,控制学习的积极性;采用自主管理方式,控制学习的自觉性。通过教学质量控制措施的实施,提高了教与学的质量。
Simulation wards were constructed to implement simulated role of teaching management. Nursing management knowledge and competition mechanism was applied to strengthen teaching management and teaching quality control and to excitation of the interactive teaching and learning and improve the students' learning desire so as to achieve the teaching objectives. Simulating character teaching mechanism was applied to control of teaching and learning effect. The tertiary hospital management mechanism was carried out to control the quality of teaching and learning. Incentive mechanism was used to control the enthusiasm of learning. Independent management way was adopted to control students' learning self-consciousness. Implementation of the teaching quality control improved the quality of teaching and learning.
