PTI教学法在临床医学教学中的研究与应用

摘要 目的:探讨PTI(实践—理论—互动式教学方法)在临床医学教学中的应用。方法:对承德医学院2010级临床麻醉专业(n=91)第4学年第2学期疼痛诊疗学教育进行研究,抽签分组,2010级临床麻醉专业1班(A组,n=46)采用PTI教学法,2班(B组,n=45)采用传统理论教学法(LBL),记录学生的综合学习成绩和调查问卷结果进行统计学分析。结果:A、B两组对比,综合学习成绩和调查问卷结果差异均有统计学意义,A组明显高于B组。(P<0.05)结论:PTI教学法在临床教学中具有启发学生自主思考,提高课堂互动,提高学生综合能力的优势,取得了更好的教学效果。 Purpose:Discuss the application effect of the clinical medical education given the PTI. Investigation was made of the education of diagnosis and treatment of pain which were learned by the clinical anesthesia college students ( n = 91 ) in grade 2010 of Chengde Medical College. Drawn the lot, the class 1 (group A) and The class 2 (group B) respectively were given the Practice-s-theory- interactive teaching model and the traditional theoretical education. Compare the application effect through the investigation and comparison. The students' comprehensive study and questionnaire results were recorded, and analysised by the SSPS17.0. Result: Compared group A with group B, The differences of the students' comprehensive study and questionnaire results were statistically significant the group A is better than the group B. Conclusion: Compared with the traditional theoretical education, practice-theory-interactive education has the obvious advantages and make the better teaching effect in improving the classroom interaction, inspiring students' thinking and improving the comprehensive performance of the clinict.
