情景教学法在口腔正畸专科医师培训中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨在口腔正畸专科医师培训过程中开展情景教学法的应用实效。方法:选取住院医师规范化培训人员,按本专业基础理论的难点进行病历编制,实施情景教学,采用教学效果评价表,理论考卷得分情况,分析情景教学方法在专科医师培训中的实效。结果:情景教学法锻炼了临床思维能力,提高了临床教学过程中学生学习的主观能动性。结论:情景教学法适用于口腔正畸专科医师的培训,能有效提高教学效果,有利于培养高质量的临床后备人才。 Objective: To explore the effectiveness of the application of situational teaching method in the training of orthodontic specialist. Methods : the residents were selected according to the difficulty of the professional basic theory of medical record preparation. Through the evaluation of teaching effect, scores of theory papers and analysis arises in specialist training in situational teaching method. Results: the situational teaching method to exercise chnical thinking ability, can improve the clinical teaching process in college students' learning initiative. Conclusion: situational teaching method applied in orthodontic specialist training, can effectively improve the teaching effect, is conducive to the cultivation of high quality clinical talents.
