内分泌科的血脂达标情况及相关因素分析
摘要
心血管系统疾病是危害人类健康的最主要的疾病,研究证实血脂异常是引发心血管疾病的重要危险因素,积极的调脂治疗能有效控制疾病的发生发展。一项Meta分析中提出血浆低密度脂蛋白（LDL）的水平每减少1 mmol/L（390 mg/L）就能使主要心血管事件降低21%[1]。尽管目前对心血管病的预防和治疗意识已经有了很大的提高,但仍有一半以上的高危患者血脂未达标[2,3]。
