临床路径教学模式在心内科临床实习生带教中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨临床路径教学模式在心内科临床实习生带教中的应用效果。方法:随机将64名心内科临床实习生随机分2组,观察组32例采用临床路径教学模式,对照组32例采用传统教学模式,比较分析各组考核成绩及教学评价的差异。结果:两组入科考核成绩相近,P>0.05;观察组出科考核成绩(95.1±5.5)分、教学满意率93.8%,均明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:心内科临床带教中应用临床路径教学模式可增强实习生知识水平,促进教学质量提高。 Objective: To investigate the clinical roadmap teaching mode in the Department of Cardiology Clinical Application Effect in the teaching of interns. Methods: 64 clinical interns were randomly divided into 2 groups, 32 cases in each group, the observation group using cfinical roadmap teaching model, the control group using the traditional teaching mode, compare the difference between the assessment results and teaching evaluation. Results: The scores of examination, teaching satisfaction rate in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant P〈 0.05. Conclusion: Application of clinical roadmap teaching mode in clinical teaching in Department of cardiology can enhance the level of knowledge and improve the quality of teaching.
