The main goal of clinical postgraduate education is to build up independent scientific research ability and proficient clinical skills. In this process tutors and medical workers play an important role. It needs to enhance the team construction from the tutors, medical workers and postgraduates and establish a series of practical and feasible measures to improve the postgraduate education quality on the whole and provide out-of-qualified doctors to the society with proficient clinical and teaching skills and independent research capability.
