Practical Skills for First Aid of Field Electric Shock

触电急救首先应将触电者脱离电源,然后根据伤情展开就地急救。按照触电急救的流程,脱离电源后,在现场环境安全的情况下,先判断触电者的意识是否存在,若有意识,只需安静休息;对于一时失去意识的触电者,可以通过"轻拍重喊"唤醒意识;确无意识,应在10s内对触电者进行呼吸和心跳的判断,若有呼吸、无心跳,应进行胸外心脏按压;若有心跳、无呼吸,应进行人工呼吸;对于呼吸、心跳停止的触电者,应迅速展开心肺复苏。

First aid of electric shock should first separate the person with an electric shock from the power supply ,and carry on the first aid on the spot according to the injury.After separating from the power supply according to the process of first aid of electric shock ,first determine whether the person with an electric shock has consciousness in the safe live environment,if so,just be quiet and rest;for those who temporarily lose consciousness,raise their consciousness through ＂slight pat and heavy shout＂ ;if unconscious indeed ,judge the breath and heartbeat of the person with an electric shock within lOs,if there is breath but no heartbeat,carry out chest compressions;if there is heartbeat but no breath, give artificial respiration ;for those without breath or heartbeat, carry out cardiopulmonary resuscitation immediately.
