作为配电运检岗位新员工培训关键技能项目的登杆作业,一直是实训安全工作的重中之重。如何降低安全风险,又能保证培训质量?此文从"全面、全员、全过程、全方位"安全管理角度,提出了一套登杆作业实训项目的安全管控措施。实训前,培训师主持召开班前会组织讨论,并进行"四交站队";实训过程中,学员轮流进行角色培训锻炼;实训结束时,以班后会的形式对现场情况点评,提高对现场工作方法及安全意识的认识,杜绝习惯性违章。经过实践检验,证明该套安全管控措施正确有效。

As the key skills project to train new employees at distribution transport inspection post,climbing pole has always been the first priority of training safety.How to reduce security risks and ensure the quality of training？ From the perspective of ＂comprehensive,whole-staff,overall-process and all-round＇safety management, this paper puts forward a set of safety management and control measures of climbing pole training project.Before training,trainers preside pre-shift meeting and organize to discuss,and carry out＂four accounts＂; during the training course ,trainees take turns to practice role training;after the training,comment the field situation in the form of post-shifting meeting,improve the understanding of field work methods and safety awareness and prevent habitual violation.Practice proves that the set of safety management and control measures is correct and effective.
