摘要
为减少工业氨气泄漏造成的环境污染、人员伤害及财产损失,建立适用于工业氨气泄漏的气体扩散高斯模型,提出氨气泄漏源的定位方法,并研制出一套基于Zig Bee无线传感网的氨气泄漏无线监测系统,其主要包括检测节点、网络协调器以及上位机。试验模拟不同浓度下的氨气泄漏定位,实测的相对定位误差约为12%。试验结果表明:通过简化后的气体扩散高斯模型检测空气中的氨气浓度,并对泄漏源定位,结果与实际情况相符,测量精度符合国家标准;增加氨气传感器的数量可降低定位误差,提高救援抢险效率。
In order to reduce environmental pollution as well as the huge casualties and property loss caused by the industrial ammonia leak, a Gauss model of gas diffusion was built and a location method of leakage source was worked out. A wireless monitoring system based on Zig Bee wireless sensor network was developed, which consists of detection nodes, a network coordinator and a host computer among others. Using different concentrations of ammonia gas to carry out leak location simulation measurement experiments and the measured relative positioning error is about 12%.The experimental result showes that the model based leakage source localization results conform with the actual situation, and that the positioning error can be reduced by increasing the number of ammonia sensors. And the rescue efficiency can be improved.
