There exists many problems in current Internet portal websites, such as user management, the lack of order and the division of authority is not clear, resulting that network can realize the personalized management. So the paper puts forward a personalized portal website design based on role. In the portal, through the construction of a hierarchical management model to effectively improve the efficiency and quality of management authority, provides a good basis for the construction of personalized portal.
