文章利用ASP.NET和Java Script等信息技术设计出一套科研管理系统,实现了课题管理、论文管理、学术著作管理、成果管理、专利管理和奖励金管理等功能,从根本上优化了整个科研管理流程,规范了科研管理工作,提高了医院科研管理水平。

This paper took advantage of information technology such as ASP.NET and JavaScript to design a research management system, which implemented the functions of task management, paper management, academic works management, scientific research achievement management, patent management and incentive management, etc. It fundamentally optimized research and management of the entire processes, and standardized the management of scientific research, which improved the scientific management level of hospital.
