摘要
在移动互联网和全渠道营销快速发展的环境下,家居行业把装修后市场视为下一个营销重点,因此线上服务信息与线下服务实体之间的关系越来越紧密。文章针对欧普照明通过移动互联网为消费者创设更为人性化、便捷化并具有极致用户体验的上门换灯服务的需求,设计了基于LBS和O2O模式的换灯服务平台。其充分利用消费者所在地理位置、上下文情境、行为方式及用户数据,动态分配服务顾问,完成从服务需求、分配顾问、上门服务、支付和评价的闭环流程,对传统的上门换灯服务的应用加以改进。
This paper designs LBS and 020 based on lamp maintenance system for enterprise's requirements to bring more humanized and convenient to customers. This paper fully analyzes customer's location, context, activity and user data, dynamically assigns service consultants, to complete closes loop process from service requirement to assign service consultant, door-to-door service, payment and evaluation, improving traditional door-to-door lamp maintenance service application.
