医院无线输液系统的设计应用

Application of wireless transfusion system for hospital

医疗的目的是一切以病人为中心,规范护理输液的工作流程,减少治疗差错,保障医疗卫生安全,增强医院综合实力。文章采用的研究方法是利用无线输液系统对医院门急诊输液室进行流程改造和重组,采用条形码技术射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)、智能识别和无线移动技术的门诊输液管理系统,充分将现有的医院管理信息系统(Hospital Information System,HIS系统)尽量延伸服务至每个窗口科室。该系统的应用,优化了输液管理流程,实现了输液全流程监管。门诊输液系统的应用,确保患者输液安全,提高了门诊输液服务质量,提高了护士的工作效率,提高了护士为患者服务的有效时间利用率,减轻了护士工作强度和工作压力,同时还可对绩效考核予以实质的数据化的统计凭证。

The goal of medical is focusing on the patient, to standardize the work process of nursing and transfusion, reduce the treatment error, ensure the health safety of treatment and improve hospital＇s competitiveness. Method adopted in this paper is using wireless infusion system to reform and reorganize the outpatient and emergency departments of our hospital infusion room, The outpatient infusion management system consists of bar code technology （RFID）, intelligent recognition technology and wireless mobile technology is adopted to fully extend the existing HIS system as far as possible to each window department.The application of this system ensured the safety of infusion, improved the service quality and improved the work efficiency, which made the nurse can make full use of the service time for patients, reduced the work intensity and work pressure, and at the same time, it can offer the statistical evidence of the substantive data on performance appraisal.
