壮心口服液治疗慢性心力衰竭180例临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Zhuangxin Oral Liquid in the Treatment of 180 Cases of Chronic Heart Failure

目的研究益气活血祛湿利水药壮心口服液治疗不同证型慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效。方法将300例慢性心衰病人随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组180例,对照组120例。两组均给予西医常规治疗,试验组加用壮心口服液,3次/日,对照组加用芪苈强心胶囊,4粒/次,3次/日,两组疗程均为4周。检测治疗前后血浆脑钠肽(BNP)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、6 min步行试验(6MWT)及心功能的变化。结果试验组临床疗效总有效率96%,对照组为90%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组治疗后LVEF、BNP及6MWT也较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论壮心口服液能改善CHF病人心功能分级,降低血浆BNP,增加LVEF,延长6MWT,提高病人生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of Zhuangxin oral liquid （ZOL）in the treatment of chronic heart failure（CHF）.Methods Three hundreds patients with CHF were randomly divided into two group： control group （n=120）treated with Qili Qiangxin cap-sule,and experimental group （n=180）treated with ZOL in the basis of routine treatment for 4 weeks.The changes of plasma brain natriuretic peptide （BNP）,left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）,6 min walking test （6MWT）and cardiac function were detected before and after treatment.Results After treatment,heart function were significantly improved in two groups（P〈0.05）.BNP,LVEF, and 6MWT were significantly improved in treatment group,which was better than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ZOL can improve the cardiac function,reduce plasma BNP,increase LVEF,extend the 6MWT,improve the quality of life in patients with CHF.
