益气舒心丸治疗急性冠脉综合征病人45例

Clinical Observation on Yiqi Shuxin Capslue in the Treatment of 45 Cases of Acute Coronary Syndrome

目的观察益气舒心丸治疗急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的临床疗效和对冠状动脉造影(CAG)术中冠脉血流储备(CFR)的影响。方法将符合诊断标准的88例ACS病人随机分为两组。对照组43例予西医常规治疗,不加用任何具有益气或活血作用的中药或中成药;治疗组45例在西医治疗基础上,加用益气舒心丸,治疗6个月。观察两组病人的临床疗效,复查冠状动脉造影,观察CFR在治疗前后的变化。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组(97.78%vs 83.72%,P<0.05),治疗后,两组病人的CFR均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),治疗组CFR3.31±0.47,较对照组3.05±0.39升高明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气舒心丸可明显提高ACS病人的冠脉血流储备,提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Shuxin capsule（YSC）on the clinical effects and the coronary flow reserve（CFR）in patients with acute coronary syndrome（ACS）by the coronary angiography（CAG）.Methods Eighty eight patients with ACS were divided into two groups：control group（n=43）treated with routine treatment,and treatment group（n=45）treated with routine treat-ment and YSC for 6 months.The clinical effects and the CFR were observed.Results The total clinical effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group（52%,P〈0.05）.After treatment,the CFR were increased in two groups（P〈0.05）,which in treatment group was higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion YSC can improve the CFR of ACS patients,and im-prove the clinical curative effect.
