摘要
目的分析血液灌流治疗急性农药中毒的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年7月至2013年7月急诊科收治急性农药中毒患者的临床资料,采用血液灌流治疗的疗效分析。结果治疗组病死率、并发症降低、平均住院时间缩短。结论血液灌流治疗急性农药中毒患者,具有病死率、并发症降低、平均住院时间缩短、安全有效等。
Objective To analyze the blood perfusion in the treatment of acute pesticide poisoning the clinical curative effect. Methods From 2008.7 to 2013.7 emergency department were retrospectively studied the clinical data of patients with acute pesticide poisoning, using blood perfusion treatment curative effect analysis. Results The treatment group, complications, lower mortality, average hospitalization time shortened. Conclusion The blood perfusion treatment of acute pesticide poisoning patients, with mortality, reduce complications and shorten the average length of hospital stay, safe and effective, etc.
