基于Simulink的间歇传热动态特性仿真系统开发

摘要 传统夹套式换热器的设计工作量大、效率低,为了提高其设计效率,基于Matlab软件的Simulink仿真模型库,开发了夹套式换热器设计软件.该设计方法既可以对夹套式换热器的间歇传热动态特性进行仿真,也可以对相关参数的影响进行分析.算例分析表明:通过仿真能够得到间歇传热动态特性仿真曲线,为提高换热器的使用效率提供一些依据.该方法参数修改简单直观、设计效率高,具有很好的工程应用价值,为夹套式换热器的间歇传热分析提供了一个新的思路. The traditional design method of Jacket heat exchanger has heavy workload and low efficiency. Based on Simulink module library,the design system of Jacket heat exchanger is developed to improve the design efficiency. This method can not only simulate the dynamic characteristics of Jacket heat exchanger under the intermittent heat transfer but also analyze the effect of the design parameters. The example analysis shows that the dynamic characteristic curves of intermittent heat transfer can be simulated so as to provide the basis to improve the efficiency of the heat exchanger,and the modification of parameters of the method is easy and visual and it is of good efficiency and engineering application value, thus to provide a new idea for the analysis of intermittent heat transfer of Jacket heat exchanger.
