乡镇森林资源经营管理策略分析

森林资源经营管理分区的根本目的在于提升森林可持续经营管理水平,并服务于以生态建设为主的林业发展战略。当前的森林资源建设保护和经营管理分区政策在国家以及省、县级层面上施行比较顺利并且已经取得了可喜的成果。但是对于县级以下地区,尤其是在乡镇层面上对生态效益和社会效益比较显著的森林资源的经营管理分区尚存在一定的欠缺。本文以辽宁省丹东市为例,对乡镇森林资源经营管理策略进行了分析,以期对乡镇森林资源区划提供一定的理论依据。

The purpose of forest resources management is to promote the management level of forest sustainable man- agement and to serve the forestry development strategy based on the ecological construction. Current forest resources protection and management of the district policy based on the national and provincial and county level implementa- tion has achieved more success and has made gratifying achievements. But there are still some problems in the man- agement of forest resources, especially in the areas of the county level and in the town and township level which is significant to the ecological and social benefits. In this paper, taking Dandong City and Liaoning Province as an ex- ample, the management of the township forest resources management strategy is analyzed in order to provide a theo- retical basis for the Township Forest Resource planning.
