摘要 探讨硫酸和双氧水不同浸泡时间处理下对皂角种子萌发的影响,以期为皂角种子的育苗及有效繁殖提供一定的理论依据。试验选用硫酸和双氧水进行浸种处理,硫酸和双氧水各设置3个不同的浓度。每个浓度设置3个不同的浸种时间。其中对照(CK)处理为蒸馏水浸泡。浸种结束后用蒸馏水冲洗干净进行催芽,观察记录种子萌发率。研究结果表明,硫酸处理下,皂角种子的萌发率有显著提高。特别是高浓度硫酸处理下,皂角种子的萌发率最好,其中60%硫酸处理60 min,种子的萌发率达到96%,是对照9倍。双氧水对皂角种子的萌发也有促进作用,20%双氧水处理下,皂角种子的萌发率较高,16 h下萌发率最高为78%。可见,最适宜皂角种子萌发的处理为60%硫酸处理60 min。 To explore the effect of sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide at different immersion time of Gleditsia Sinen- sis Lam seed germination the seedlings of Gleditsia sinensis and effective breeding provides a theoretical basis. Ex- periment of sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide soaking , sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide are respectively pro- vided with 3 different concentrations. The concentration of each set of 3 different soaking time. The control (CK) was treated as distilled water immersion. Rinse with distilled water after soaking for germination, the germination rate of the seed record observation. The results show that the sulfuric acid treatment, cassia seed germination rate increased significantly. Especially under the treatment of high concentration sulfate, cassia seed germination rate was the highest, of which 60% sulfuric acid was used for 60 min, seed germination rate reached 96% is 9 times that of control. Hydrogen peroxide of Gleditsia Sinensis Lam seed germination promoting effect, 20% hydrogen per- oxide treatment, cassia seed germination rate is higher, 16 h germination rate of 78% was the highest. Obviously, the most suitable treatment for the germination of seeds of Gleditsia Sinensis Lam is 60% sulfuric acid 60 min.
