工程预算与造价不仅关乎着工程投资规模,而且还影响着投资效益。为准确设定工程造价,需要合理选择概预算编制参考,积极搜集基础资料,全面准备,有效套用定额,用来提升编制质量。笔者从概预算编制着手,进而浅谈工程造价控制问题。

Project budget and cost is not only related to the scale of the project investment, but also affect the in- vestment efficiency. To accurately set the project cost, it is necessary to select a reasonable reference for the prepa- ration of the budget. Besides, actively collect basic information and fully prepared to effectively apply the norm which was used to improve the quality of the preparation. The author will start from the project budget, the project cost control problems.
