摘要
目的探讨局部脊柱转移瘤放疗的疗效及不良反应。方法 25例局部脊柱转移瘤患者进行SBRT,观察近期疗效及不良反应。结果疼痛缓解总有效率84%,体力改善总有效率88%,骨病灶疗效总有效率80%,无严重不良反应发生。结论 SBRT治疗脊柱转移瘤能有效缓解疼痛,提高生存质量。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and side effects of Stereotactic body radiation therapy for spinal metastases. Methods 25 patients with Spinai metastases received Stereotactic body radiation therapy. Short-term tumor response and side effects were observed. Results The response rate of pain relief （CR＋PR） was 84%. The response rate of the movement capacity improvement was 88%,the skeletal metastases improvement was 80%. No serious side effects were found. Conclusion Stereotactic body radiation therapy can alleviate the pain caused by spinal metastases,improve the living quality evidently.
