神经系统副肿瘤综合征1例及文献复习

摘要 副肿瘤综合征（paraneoplastic syndrome）一般是由全身性或全身系统性的恶性肿瘤在患者的中枢周围神经的一种恶性肿瘤，临床上也称之为神经系统副肿瘤综合征（paraneoplastic neurological syndrome，PNS）。在临床中的调查发现PNS的临床发病率较低约为1％，较转移或非转移性病变患者数量少，但该症状却在临床上占据着越来越重要的位置，分析其原因总结为：PNS通常可引起患者产生较为严重的神经性的神经功能缺失；
