安徽省人口城镇化与水资源利用效率关系

The Empirical Analysis Between Population Urbanization and The Utilization Efficiency of Water Resource in Anhui Province

针对安徽省人口城镇化与水资源利用效率问题,以2008—2013年城镇化率和水资源数据为依据,报告了安徽省人口城镇化和水资源利用现状,运用计量回归分析方法定量分析了二者之间的关系。实证结果显示城镇人口比重与水资源总量、化学需氨氮量呈正相关关系,与万元GDP用水量呈负相关关系,表明安徽省人口城镇化与水资源利用效率相互影响,水资源的有效利用能够促进城镇化进程,而城镇化进程加快使得安徽省水资源质量下降。最后提出转变城镇化发展模式、促进产业结构转型以及建设节水型城市的建议。

According to the problem of population urbanization and water use efficiency in Anhui province, reported the population urbanization and the present situation of water resources in Anhui province on the basis of the urbanization rate and water resources data in 2008--2013, using econometric regression analysis method, analyze quantitatively the relationship between the two things . The empirical results show that the proportion of urban population positively related with water resources and chemical to ammonia nitrogen, negatively related with the water consumption of ten thousand yuan GDP, it indicates that population urbanization in Anhui province and water use efficiency influence each other, the effective utilization of water resources can promote the urbanization process, while fast speed urbanization process decline the quality of water resources in Anhui province. Put forward the proposals to shift the urbanization development pattern, promote industrial structure transformation and construct the water-saving city.
