基于慕课的大学生就业指导课教学模式的实践与探索

大学生就业形势日益严峻,就业指导课对当代大学生愈发重要。而慕课作为一种新兴的教学模式,对当前大学生就业指导课程教学模式优化提供一定的参考指导。文章通过分析当前高校大学生就业指导课教学模式的发展现状及存在的问题,重点探讨慕课对大学生就业指导课的影响,基于慕课教育理念优化大学生就业指导教学模式,提高教学质量,为大学生就业提供更好的帮助。

The employment situation of college students is becoming more and more serious, and the employmentguidance course is becoming more and more important to the contemporary college students. And MOOC, as a newteaching mode, provides a certain reference for the optimization of teaching mode of employment guidance for the col-lege students. This paper analyzes the current development situation and existing problems of the teaching mode ofCollege Students Employment Guidance Course, focusing on the effects of M00C on the course, and optimizes theteaching mode under the educational idea based on M00C, improves the teaching quality, providing better help foremployment of college students.
