多措并举深化内涵 精心服务学生就业——以西北农林科技大学机械与电子工程学院为例

面对现如今严峻的就业形势,机电学院将就业工作列入重要工作,并作为活动着力点,认真落实就业"一把手"工程,统筹规划,大力推进就业指导服务工作。具体举措包括以培养"三创"人才为核心,行于精致提质量;构建体系强服务,开拓创新求实效;一个党员一面旗帜,注重示范树典型。

Facing the now grim employment situation, College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering put em-ployment of the students as the important work, and focal points of activities, earnestly implemented the ＂top leaders＂employment engineering, planning, and vigorously promoted the employment guidance and service. Specific initiativesincluded the training of three creative talent as the core, the line in the exquisite quality, built a system of strongservice, opened up innovation and efficiency; a party member is like a flag and demonstration has been focused onand a typical example has been set up.
