摘要
人才培养是高等学校发展的关键环节。在当前社会对资源环境经济专业人才要求不断提高的背景下,相关高校应改变传统的教育管理与人才培养模式,建立具有不同资源优势主体相互协同合作的人才培养体系,将协同创新与创新人才培养模式结合起来,推动资源环境经济专业人才培养机制的改革,着力培养一批创新性、应用型和复合型的专业人才,服务于地方经济建设。
Personnel training is the core part of universities' develoPments. At present, because the society hasmore requirements of the personnel of resource and environmental economics specialty, related universities shouldtransform traditional mode of education management and personnel training and establish a cooperating personnel train-ing system consisted by multi-agents with different resources advantage. The new cooperating personnel training systemcan combine collaborative innovation with the mode of innovative personnel training, and promote the reformof re-source and environmental economics specialty. It can bring up a batch of innovative, practical and composite type ofpersonals and serve local economic construction.
