浅析高职院校课堂教学存在的问题及对策

在经济全球化的今天,人才竞争方式变得多元化。高职院校教育就是培养人才多元的新进体制,担负着为国家经济建设输送应用型技术人才的重任。高职院校教学质量的高低成为人才培养的重要标志。而课堂教学,是教学质量的核心。当前高职院校课堂教学中表现出不同的亚健康状态。文章针对我国高职院校课堂教学中的问题分析原因并提出相应的解决对策。

In the economic globalization, the competition of talents becomes diversified. Higher vocational collegeeducation is a new system to cultivate talent,responsible for delivery of technical talents for the national economicconstruction. The classroom teaching is the core of the quality of teaching. At present, the operation of classroomteaching in higher vocational colleges shows different sub health status in different degrees. This paper analyses theproblems and on the basis of them, proposes the countermeasures to the problems.
