观察路面照明本身就是一个光传递系统——路灯发光→路面漫反射→小部分光线进入眼瞳→视网膜之感光细胞引起明亮感觉:从入因工程学考虑,道路照明的主要服务对象是驾驶员.应以驾驶员的视觉感受为基础进行照明设计和测量,应该测量道路的亮度及其均匀度,因为路面照度驾驶员感觉不到,引起驾驶员视觉感应的是路面亮度而不是路面照度。
