高校教师党员守纪律讲规矩的约束机制构建研究

Construction of Restriction Mechanism of Observing Discipline and Following Rules for Party Members among College Teachers

高校担负着管理育人、教育育人的神圣使命,高校发展中教师党员、领导干部肩负着重要的职责。当前高校工作中的诸多领域频繁出现一些教师党员、领导干部违规违纪、信念动摇、信仰缺失等现象。守纪律讲规矩,是高校培养高素质人才的要求。通过分析守纪律讲规矩的内容以及不良现象存在的原因,提出高校教师党员守纪律讲规矩的约束机制主要有学习党章党规、细化制度规定、培育法治思维、建立追责机制、完善组织约束、营造守规矩讲规矩风气等。

Universities are responsible for management education, education and education of the sacred mission, the development of university teacher members, cadres have important responsibilities. Violation of discipline, faith shaking, lack of faith and so on can be found for some teachers, leading cadres in university working areas. Observing discipline and following rules is to train highly qualified personnel in University requirements. By analyzing the content of observing discipline and following rules and the cause of the existence of unhealthy phenomena, the paper investigates the learning about the rules of discipline and restraint mechanisms for the party members among university teachers. The main route of learning constitution party regulations is providing detailed system, fostering the rule of law thinking, the establishing accountability mechanisms to recover and improve the organizational constraints, to create a culture of following rules and so on.
