摘要
地方师范院校要培养卓越教师,须在明确人才培养目标的基础上,坚持教师教育理论的探索和课堂教学改革。通过介绍翻转课堂的缘起和理念,结合地方师范院校英语专业高级英语课的翻转课堂的理论探索和教学实践,探讨了该教学模式的必要性和可行性,认为高级英语作为专业必修课,旨在提升学生的口笔头表达能力,只有通过翻转课堂提升课堂中学生的参与和互动,才能实现其综合应用语言的能力和思辨能力。同时也为高师卓越教师的培养和高校与中小学英语教师的合作行动研究提供参考。
It is highly necessary that the teachers of local teachers universities persist in exploration of teacher education theories and classroom teaching reform, based on the understanding of their education goals. From the origin and basic concept of flipping classroom, this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of flipping classroom in the course of Advanced English in a local teachers university, and it comes to the conclusion that only by improving the engagement and interaction of students in a flipped classroom can the teachers of advanced English achieve the goal of enhancing the students' comprehensive ability of using English and their critical thinking ability. Hopefully it will also provide some reference to the cultivation of excellent teachers in local university and the cooperation of action research between university and middle schools or primary schools.
