基于三阶段DEA模型的西部地区高新技术企业创新效率研究

High-Tech Enterprise's Innovation Efficiency Based on Three-Stage DEA Model in West Region

在确定投入、产出及环境变量的基础上,运用三阶段DEA模型对西部地区高新技术企业创新效率进行了研究,结果表明:西部地区高新技术企业创新效率区域异质性特征明显;环境及随机误差因素对西部地区高新技术企业创新效率影响显著;西部地区高新技术企业在生产规模及管理水平上存在较大提升空间。基于以上结论,提出了提升西部地区高新技术企业创新效率的建议。

tlon cy of effici ： On the basis of confirming input indexes, output indexes and environment variables, innovation effi- high-tech enterprises in west region is studied by three-stage DEA model. The results show that innovaency is at a relatively low level in west region and there are large differences among areas. Environmental factor and random error have a great influence on innovation efficiency. It is also found that management level and production scale of high-tech enterprise can still be elevated a lot. Based on the conclusion, suggestion is proposed to improve innovation efficiency of high-tech enterprise in west region.
