四君子汤加减对复发性尖锐湿疣患者血清IL-2、IL-4水平的影响与疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:通过观察四君子汤加减对复发性尖锐湿疣患者血清白细胞介素4(IL-4)和白细胞介素2(IL-2)的影响,探讨四君子汤加减治疗复发性尖锐湿疣的机理。方法:将80例复发性尖锐湿疣患者经除疣治疗后随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组给予中药治疗。检测两组患者治疗前后血清IL-4、IL-2的水平,同时观察两组治疗后疣体的复发情况。结果:治疗组治疗后血清IL-4水平较治疗前降低,且低于治疗后对照组水平,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血清IL-2水平较治疗前升高,且明显高于治疗后对照组的水平,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组复发率为17.14%,明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四君子汤加减能调节机体的细胞免疫功能,可有效防治尖锐湿疣的复发。 Objectives: To investigate the therapeutic mechanism of Si -jun -zi Decoction in treating recurrent condyloma acuminatum by observing the effect of Si - jun - zi Decoction on Interleukin 4 ( IL - 4) and Interleukin 2 ( IL - 2) in the patients with recurrent condyloma acuminatum. Methods: Seventy patients with recurrent condyloma acuminatum were allocated randomly to Si - jun - zi Decoction group or control group after surgical re- moval of warts, and the treatment groups received treatment of Si - jun - zi Decoction. The IL - 4 and IL - 2 of the patients were measured before and after treatments. Meanwhile, the recurrence of warts was observed and compared after treatment. Results: The level of IL - 4 in Si - jun - zi Decoction group decreased significantly after treatment, and was significantly lower than that of placebo group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The level of serum IL - 2 in Si - jun - zi Decoction group remarkably increased after treatment, and was significantly higher than that of control group (P 〈 0. 05). Si -jun - zi Decoction treatment group had a lower recurrence rate ( 17. lg % ) than control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Si - jun - zi Decoction possesses the ability of regulating the cellular immune function and effectively preventing the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum.
