摘要
随着熔分电炉向大型化发展,电炉的配料上料系统更加复杂化,工人操作和维护强度大幅增加。针对某大型熔分电炉,详细介绍了其工艺要求及配料系统构成,采用闭环控制、PID调节、模块化设计等方法对控制系统进行了优化设计,配料上料系统实现了自动配料、自动称量、自动加料、自动补料等功能,设备运行可靠稳定,显著提升了劳动生产率。
Towards large-scale development with the melting electric furnace, charge mixture charging systems of melting electric furnace are still more complicated, workers operational and maintenance labor intensity increase greatly. Introduced the technology demand and charge mixture system constitute of some large-scale melting electric furnace in detail, adopt closed-circuit control, PID regulation,module design methods to carry out optimization design with regard to control system, the charge mixture charging system realized automatic charge mixture, automatic charging, and automatic supplement material etc. functions, the equipment operation is reliable and stabilizing, remarkably enhance labor productivity.
