桌面虚拟化技术是网络技术发展的重要方向之一,解决了图书馆管理与服务方面的诸多问题,对高校图书馆的管理与服务提出了新的要求。笔者介绍了桌面虚拟化技术的主要内容,探讨了桌面虚拟化技术在高校图书馆中的应用前景及优势,对高校图书馆优化自身管理,提高服务水平具有借鉴作用。

Desktop virtualization technology is one of the most important directions for further network technology development. It solves many problems in the university library management and services and also sets new demands. This paper introduces the application prospects and discusses the unique advantages of the desktop virtualization technology in the library management, which is of reference to the optimization of the management and the improvement of services.
