摘要
采用虚拟仪器、电热恒温水槽和水银温度计对用于平板式织物热阻仪的4个Pt100铂电阻温度传感器的测温正确性和稳定性进行了检验。发现Pt100铂电阻温度传感器的测量结果与水银温度计的测量结果之间存在系统差异,不同的Pt100铂电阻温度传感器的测量结果之间也存在较大的系统差异,但4个Pt100铂电阻温度传感器的测量稳定性都良好。通过一定的校正,4个Pt100铂电阻温度传感器的测量结果与水银温度计的测量结果之间的系统差异很小。
By using virtual instrument, electro-thermostatic water cabinet? and mercury thermometer, the ac- curacy and stability of temperature measurement of 4 Pt100 platinum resistance temperature sensors have been tested. It is found that there are systematic differences between the results obtained from the 4 Pt100 platinum resistance temperature sensors and the mercury thermometer, and between the results obtained from the different platinum resistance temperature sensors. However, the stability of temperature measurement oft he 4 Pt100 platinum resistance temperature sensors is good. Atter certain correction, the systematic differences between the results obtained from the 4 Pt 100 platinum resistance temperature sensors and the mercury thermometer have become very small.
