摘要 目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、缺血修饰清蛋白(IMA)联合检测在急性心肌梗死(AMI)诊断中的意义。方法对80例AMI患者、60例不定型心绞痛患者和40例健康体检者(对照组)的血清Hcy、IMA进行检测,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 AMI患者Hcy、IMA水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Hcy、IMA联合诊断的灵敏度较单一项目诊断高;Hcy与IMA呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论联合检测血清Hcy、IMA水平对AMI早期诊断、监测疗效效果较好,值得推广使用。 Objective To investigate the significance of combined detection of homocysteine(Hcy)and ischemia modified albumin(IMA)in serum to the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods The serum levels of Hcy and IMA were detected in 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction,60 patients with angina pectoris and 40 healthy subjects(control group),and the results were statistically analyzed.Results The concentration of Hcy and IMA in AMI patients was significantly higher than which in the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P〈0.05);the sensitivity of the Hcy+IMA combined diagnosis was higher than that of the single project.Hcy and IMA was positively related(P〈0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of Hcy and IMA levels in patients with acute myocardial infarction has a good effect on early diagnosis and monitoring,and it is worth popularizing.
