硫嘌呤甲基转移酶检测在临床个体化治疗中的意义和研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 硫嘌呤甲基转移酶(TPMT)是存在于人体内的1种非金属胞质酶,能催化体内芳烃和杂环含巯基化合物上的S-甲基,这类化合物包括6-巯基嘌呤(6-MP)、硫唑嘌呤(AZA)和6-硫鸟嘌呤(6-TG)[1]。TPMT活性受多因素影响,导致酶活性基因型和表现型不能完全统一。TPMT遗传具有单基因共显性遗传特征,目前发现的突变类型超过35种,由专门的TPMT命名委员会进行命名[2]。常见类型为:TPMT*2、TPMT*3A、TPMT*3B、TPMT*3C(占总突变的95%以上)[3]。
