摘要 为了提高小型汽油发动机的燃油经济性,降低其废气排放,以用于本田节能竞技大赛的小型汽油发动机为研究对象,利用GT-Power发动机仿真软件分析进排气管机构参数对发动机性能的影响,通过模拟试验研究在不同长度和直径下进排气管对发动机燃油消耗率、有效转矩和有效功率的影响,得出相关的特性曲线并确定最佳的进排气管长度与直径。模拟试验表明:进气管的最佳长度和直径分别为50 mm和20 mm,其燃油消耗率较低,有效转矩较大,但有效功率随着进气管长度和直径的变化基本没有明显变化;排气管优化段的最佳长度和直径分别为150 mm和30 mm,其燃油消耗率较低,但有效转矩和有效功率随着排气管长度和直径的变化基本没有明显变化。 In order to improve the fuel economy of a small gasoline engine and reduce the exhaust emissions, based on the small gasoline engine which was used in Honda energy saving competition, GT-POWER engine simulation software was used to analyze the influence of intake and exhaust pipe parameters on engine performance. The influence of engine fuel consumption rate, effec- tive torque and effective power in different lengths and diameters situation of the Intake and exhaust pipe was studied, relevant characteristic curves were drawn, and the optimal intake and exhaust pipe length and diameter was determined. The test results in- dicated that the optimum length and diameter of intake pipe were 50 mm and 20 mm respectively, its fuel consumption rate was lower and effective torque was larger, but the effective power had no significant change as the length and diameter changes of in- take pipe; the optimum length and diameter of exhaust pipe was 150 mm and 30 mm respectively, its fuel consumption rate was lower, but the effective power and effective torque'had no significant change as the length and diameter changes of exhaust pipe.
