摘要
汽车空调行业作为制冷与汽车的交叉领域,同样也面临着制冷剂的替代问题。当前主要采用的制冷剂为HFC-134a,但是由于其仍然具有较高的GWP值(GWP=1 300),因此也必将被其他的更为环保的制冷剂所替代。近年来的研究表明,其中一种较有前景的制冷剂就是HFO-1234yf。对比了HFO-1234yf和HFC-134a的基本热物理性质,并在此基础上在汽车空调工况下对其循环性能进行了计算。分析结果表明,HFO-1234yf与现有的HFC-134a系统具有非常好的兼容性,具有非常好的替代前景。
As an interdisciplinary industry of the refrigeration and automobile, the mobile air conditioning is also facing the problem of refrigerant substitution. As so far, the most commonly used refrigerant in mobile air conditioning system is HFC-134a, which has a very large GWP (GWPR134a=1300), and it will be substituted by other environment-friendly refrigerant in near fu- ture. HFO-1234yf is one of the potential alternative refrigerants, as indicated by the recent researches. In this paper, the cycle performance of HFO-1234yf and HFC-134a are evaluated based on the specific working condition of mobile air conditioning. The results indicate that HFO-1234yf is very compatible with the existing mobile air conditioning system and HFO-1234yf has a good prospect to substitute HFC-134a.
