摘要
某乘用车在进行外部潜在客户商品性能评价时,评审人员提出在转向到极限位置时有"咚"异响声,且转向盘伴有振动感。通过排查,发现该异响是由齿轮齿条转向器拉杆内球头与壳体两个金属件之间在转向极限位置时"硬碰硬"造成。为解决该异响问题,提升转向系统的NVH性能,对齿轮齿条转向器结构进行优化,优化后方案有效解决了异响,并通过了相关耐久试验验证,最终成功地在整车上得到应用。
The reviewers figure out that there was a "dong" abnormal noise and vibration on the steering wheel in the steering limit position when one passenger car was evaluated commercially by potential customers. After survey, it was found out that the abnormal noise was caused by the collision in the steering limit position between metallic inner tie rod and house of rack and pinion steering gear. To remove the abnormal noise and improve the NVH performance of the steering system,the structure of rack and pinion steering gear was optimized. By optimizing the structure, the NVH performance of steering system was improved greatly. Also the optimization program passed the correlative endurance tests and applied to the vehicle successfully, which pro- vide reference basis to solve similar problems later.
