吉林产赤爮根中齐墩果酸含量测定

Jilin Thladiantha dubia Bunge of Oleanolic Acid Content Determination

目的：建立赤爬根中齐墩果酸含量测定方法，并测定吉林产赤爬根中齐墩果酸含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为C，8柱（4．6ram×250mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-0．05％磷酸水（85：15），流速为1．0mL／min，检测波长为210nm。结果：齐墩果酸在0．6～12μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系（r=0．99986），齐墩果酸平均加样回收率为99．74％，RSD为0．25％（n=6）。结论：该方法简单，准确可靠，适用于赤爬根中齐墩果酸的含量测定研究，可用于赤爬根的质量控制。

Objective：To establish a content of oleanolic acid in Thladiantha dubia Bunge root determination method, and determine the content of oleanolic acid in Jilin Province, production of Thladiantha dubia Bunge root. Methods： High performance liquid chromatography method was used. The chromatographic column was C18, column （4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm）, the mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.05% phosphoric acid （85 ： 15）, the flow rate was lmL/min, the detection wavelength was 210nm. Results：Oleanolic acid in the range of 0.6 to 12μg and peak area showed good linear relationship （r=0. 999 86）, oleanolic acid with the average recovery rate of 99.63 %, with RSD of 0.22 % （n= 6）. Conclusion：Experimental method is simple, accurate, reliable, applicable to the content of oleanolic acid in root of Thladiantha dubia Bunge determination of can be used for the quality control of Thladiantha dubia Bunge roots.
