淫羊藿多糖抗氧化性研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的:观察比较不同种淫羊藿多糖的抗氧化活性。方法:测定不同品种淫羊藿多糖的羟基自由基的清除能力、DPPH自由基的清除能力、金属离子螯合能力和还原能力。结果:朝鲜淫羊藿多糖清除羟基自由基能力最好;DPPH法中在0.4mg/mL时清除率达最高,巫山淫羊藿多糖清除率最高;巫山淫羊藿多糖的金属离子螯合能力最高;巫山、朝鲜、湖南、川鄂淫羊藿多糖的FRAP值分别为0.166、0.411、0.237、0.236。结论:体外抗氧化实验结果表明,不同品种淫羊藿多糖均具有较好的抗氧化活性,其中朝鲜淫羊藿多糖抗氧化能力最好,巫山淫羊藿多糖的抗氧化能力次之。 Objective:To compare the antioxidant activities of Polysaccharides from different species.Methods:The scavenging ability of hydroxyl radical,scavenging ability of DPPH free radical,metal ion chelating ability and reducing ability were determined.Results:The Korean EpimediumPolysaccharide scavenging hydroxyl free radical ability best;DPPH method at 0.4mg/mL removal rate reached highest,Wushan Epimedium Polysaccharide scavenging rate was the highest;metal ion chelating ability of the highest of Wushan Epimedium Polysaccharide;Wushan,North Korea,Hunan,Sichuan,Hubei and EpimediumPolysaccharide FRAP values were 0.166,0.411,0.237,0.236.Conclusion:In vitro antioxidant experiment results show that different species of Epimedium Polysaccharide has good antioxidant activity and the antioxidant ability of polysaccharide Epimedium koreanum best,antioxidant activity of Wushan Epimedium Polysaccharide times.
